Our Workshops and Annual Conferences

To ensure a successful transformation it is imperative to engage effectively with the business.

Workshops

Our WildWorkShops™ provide a powerful way to align leadership and project teams around your business purpose, strategy and priorities. Our workshops are engaging and deliver outstanding business results because we believe that you have the answers. You own your content, decisions, outcomes and results – WildWorks provides the process and a different way of working and thinking, and an opportunity for all participants to contribute and collaborate. The WildWorks approach appreciates and benefits from different perspectives and various types of thinking, as indeed do organisations.

We work closely with you, in the lead up to the workshop, to understand your business so that we can fully integrate your content/initiatives into our process. We allow for emergence to ensure a genuine outcome.

WildWorkShops™ may run between ½ to 2 days with 6 to 140 people depending on the objective.

Annual Conferences

Each year organisations around the world send huge amounts of money taking their people to often exotic locations for an 'Annual Conference'.

It's usually a good thing: people are rewarded for their work, given an opportunity to mix with their colleagues and are updated on what's happening around their business. They attend presentations, participate in 'team-building' activities, and usually enjoy some form of entertainment in the evenings.

BUT ... it is the separation of these activities that often have people disengaged during the presentations, disconnected from the purpose of the 'team-building' activities and more excited about the entertainment or game of golf!

The opportunity lies in engaging people better in the business element of the Annual Conference. Encourage them to build a sense of team and community by fully engaging them in where the business is going AND EXPLORING WHAT IT MEANS TO THEM! Don't just talk at them, work with them.

People can then have a meaningful and worthwhile experience which not only gives them energy, but helps them progress the longer-term objectives of the business.
