Michael Hall established WildWorks in 2001. His proven expertise is around understanding how organisations really work and guiding leaders to achieve Business Alignment and Engagement, commitment and success.

He has combined 20 years of global experience in business, consulting, award winning journalism, collaboration, facilitation, alignment, engagement and leadership to provide a very practical approach.

Michael’s work is well known and respected by CEO’s, executives and leaders throughout the Asia Pacific. His cross industry experience includes achievements with Unilever Foodsolutions Asia Africa and Middle East, UFS China, UFS South East Asia, Unilever Asia, Telstra, OneSteel, Origin, BHP, Westpac, Campbell Arnott’s, IBM, NEMMCO, Ernst & Young, Hong Kong Telecom, Bell Canada, British Aerospace, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, BlueScope Steel Australia, Energy Australia, British Airways, General Motors Europe, NSW Department of Education and Training, NSW Health and others. 

Over the years he has guided alignment, engagement and progress around many scenarios including overall transformations and journey's, IT programs, Supply Chain and other such strategic initiatives. 

His renowned collaborative Business Alignment and Engagement Programs have involved workshops with as many as 20 different cultures under one roof, in several languages, with up to 200 people at a time.
