Down the road from our offices here in Sydney, Australia, there’s a small corner café run by a guy who I think makes one of the best cups of coffee in the world. 

His coffee shop is always buzzing and regulars from all walks of life come and go throughout the day. Children grow up knowing him by name, as their parents continue to provide their loyal patronage over the years.
